Privacy Policy
Apollo Investments LLC, an Arkansas limited liability company, runs latinacamguide.com ("the Site", "we", "us"). This policy sets out the information gathered when you use the Site, the uses it is put to, and the choices open to you.
Overview
The Site has no accounts, memberships or payments, and it never asks you to register. We do not currently run analytics or advertising trackers on it. Some links are affiliate links, and a platform you reach through one may set its own cookies. We do not sell your personal information, nor do we share it for targeted advertising.
Information we receive
When you write to us by email, we receive your email address, your name if you supply it, and whatever your message says. We use that only to respond and to keep a record of the request.
Information gathered automatically
Our hosting, DNS and security provider, Cloudflare, processes technical data including IP address, browser type and request time in order to deliver the Site, keep it secure and prevent abuse.
Cookies
Two kinds of cookie may be involved. Cloudflare sets security and performance cookies that protect the Site and keep it fast. The platform you click through to may set affiliate partner cookies that credit us with a referral if you sign up or buy. Your browser lets you block or delete cookies, and doing so will not prevent you from reading the Site.
Affiliate links and tracking
Certain links point to third-party live-cam platforms. When you follow one you leave the Site, and the destination or its affiliate network may place cookies on your device recording that you came from us. A link may contain a brief tracking code telling us which of our pages produced the click. Those codes are about our pages, not about you, and contain no name, email address or other personal details. We do not receive your account details or payment information; we receive only reports such as click counts, sign-up counts and commissions. Third-party services are governed by their own privacy policies.
How information is used
To run, secure and improve the Site; to track and receive affiliate commissions; to answer messages and handle privacy, correction and removal requests; and to comply with law and protect our rights.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers that help run the Site (hosting, DNS and security, email), when required by law, or as part of a sale or transfer of the business. We do not sell personal information, and we do not "share" it for cross-context behavioral advertising within the meaning of California law.
Retention
We keep emails and requests for as long as we need to handle them and for a reasonable time afterwards for our records. Hosting and security logs are kept in line with our providers' schedules.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, including California and other US states with privacy laws, you may have rights to know what personal information we hold about you, to request deletion or correction, to opt out of any sale or sharing (we do neither), and not to receive different treatment for using those rights.
Requests go to [email protected], subject line "Privacy request". As we do not operate accounts, we usually hold very little that identifies you. We may ask for details to confirm a request is genuine.
Adults only
The Site is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and if you believe a minor has sent us information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We use HTTPS throughout and work with reputable providers. Even so, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
International visitors
The Site is operated from the United States, and information of visitors from other countries is processed in the United States.
Changes
This policy may be updated; the updated version will appear on this page.
